How does guaranteed rent work?

We agree a fixed monthly rental amount with you and pay it on time every month for the duration of our agreement. This is paid regardless of whether the property is occupied, removing the risk of void periods.

Who will be staying in my property?

We accommodate carefully selected and vetted guests or occupants. We manage all bookings and ensure your property is respected and maintained to a high standard at all times.

Will my property be looked after?

Yes, absolutely. We carry out regular inspections and ensure the property is cleaned and maintained frequently. Our priority is to keep your property in excellent condition throughout our agreement.

Do I still have to manage tenants or deal with issues?

No. We handle all aspects of management, including communication, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day operations. You won’t need to deal with tenants or any ongoing issues.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Our service is transparent and straightforward. The rent we agree is the amount you receive—there are no hidden costs or unexpected charges.

Is this subletting?

No, this is not subletting. We use a proper company let/corporate let agreement which states clearly that our company is the tenant and that we are allowed to rent the property on.

Everything is done with the landlord's written consent and in line with local rules, mortgage conditions and insurance.
